One of the main responsibilities of the MMG Marketing Coordinator is to implement and supervise a "response tracking system" for every location.

The results generated from each of our mailings and e-mailings are closely tracked and the accumulated data is then transferred into performance reports. Tracking sheets, database lists, monthly birthday lists, monthly first visit lists, charts, graphs, data grids, etc. Every tool and initiative is provided to successfully gather and report the accurate performance data.

The crucial and invaluable information found in these reports allows you to verify and analyze the financial returns directly generated by our program.

We view the application of our "Database Marketing Program" as somewhat of a work in progress focused on constantly measuring and outdoing the financial return of the previous campaign.
